2nd and 3rd year bachelor students, and 1st year master students are allowed to participate.   

Number of scholarships and duration of the mobility:

• 3 scholarships for 5 months for students of all study cycles. 

Within the project, students of the following institutes/ faculties are allowed to participate:

• Faculty of Architecture, Construction and Applied Arts (major “Architecture and Urban Planning”)
• Faculty of Geography (major “Geography”, “Geodesy and Land Management”, “Earth Sciences”)
• Institute of Biology, Chemistry and Bioresources (“Geodesy and Land Management (Land Management and Cadastre)”)
• Faculty of Economics
• Faculty of Finances, Business and Accounting
• Faculty of History, Political Science and International Relations 
• Faculty of Pedagogy, Psychology and Social Work (major “Psychology”)
• Faculty of Philosophy and Theology
• Faculty of Law 

Applicants must meet the following requirements: 

• be a student of the abovementioned faculties/ institutes;
• have an English language level above B2
• have high academic performance;  

Required documents (all documents are submitted in ENGLISH): 

• CV (Europass);
• a copy of the first page of the international passport;
• *Learning Agreement for Studies at the University of Groningen signed by a student, Dean/ Vice-Dean for International Relations of the relevant faculty/ institute and Head of the International Office;
• Transcript of Records (statement of grades and credits for each subject) in Ukrainian and the translation into English certified by the International Office (You must submit both the copy of the original and the translation); 
• **Certificate of English Language Proficiency (above B2);
• Motivation letter (1 page – A4 format maximum);
• Proof of Enrollment in Ukrainian and a translated copy in English, certified by the International Office (You must submit both the copy of the original and the translation);

*30 ECTS have to be in the Learning Agreement!  

** For those who do not have any of the English Language certificates mentioned above, it is possible to obtain it from the CHNU. In order to receive an English Language Certificate, you have to register via this link.    

Please note that the faculties at Groningen of University evaluate English language certificates in different ways (especially those issued by CHNU). You can find a list of faculties and requirements for official certificates at the link.   

Documents are to be sent by 10 October 2019 (23:59) in a scanned PDF-file via e-mail to interof ЕЉAW@j¤Ќоchnu.edu.ua.  The subject of the letter should be: ERASMUS_PLUS_UNIVERSITY_OF_GRONINGEN_SURNAME_NAME_FACULTY          

Any documents sent after the specified deadline will not be accepted.    

On 11 October 2019 applicants will be informed if they are given a nomination letter which will allow an applicant to fill in an online form to apply for Erasmus+ ICM.  

Upon receipt of the nomination letter, students have to register via the University of Groningen website at https://www.groningenexchange.nl/startpagina , submitting the abovementioned documents by 16  October 2019 (23:59 CEST)
